Storm Water Issues

Urgent:  See Friends of Klein Fen Bulletins

St. Andrews Golf and Country Club has asked the City of West Chicago to rezone the major portion of their golf course acreage to R-3 residential status.  St. Andrews has also requested that a smaller portion be rezoned to B-3 commercial status.  On Tuesday, September 16th, the city held a planning session to address these requests. Although many residents voiced serious concerns, the planning committee ultimately approved plans to take the rezoning recommendations to the City Council for approval.  Friends of Klein Fen is concerned that these zoning changes will soon be incorporated into the city's overall  plan.
