We
have lived here for 38 years and are the original owners. Our yard smells
awful because of all the water that sits on our septic field every time we
get a lot of rain. We have over an acre and a half and really can't do
anything with it because it floods so much. This last flood was the worst
and we were sitting on an island, so to speak. All of us on the West side of
Cambridge Drive have the same problem, and it's also probably a health
issue. We have all this property which cannot be used to plant or landscape
because it floods so often. Now you are telling me that they want to build
more homes so they can collect more taxes, instead of fixing the problems we
already have pending! They fixed the St. Charles bridge three times--how
much money was wasted on that? What oes it take to get someone to think of
the people, instead of the revenue?
Sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Frank Reale
